    Where is your store located?

    Our store is located at 102 4th Street NE, Calgary, AB, T2E 3R9

    Do you have parking?

    Yes, We offer convenient street parking right in front of the store. Additionally, we have a parking lot for our customers situated directly behind the building. 

    Do I need to make an appointment to visit your store?

    While we suggest making an appointment for a more personalized experience, you're always welcome to walk in whenever it suits you. 

    Shipping & Returns

    What is your Exchange policy?

    Due to the intimate nature of our products, the following items may be exchanged in-store within 7 days of purchase. All items must be exchanged in unwashed, unworn condition, with no scents, marks or signs of wear, with original tags still in place: Bras, swim, tops, swim cover-ups, robes, PJ sets.

    All other items, including Strapless Bras, Nursing Bras, items with a crotch, sealed packaging, or Special Orders are FINAL SALE. Shipping fees are non-refundable

    Any product mishandled or not properly cared for in accordance with the BraTopia Care Card will be considered Final Sale. All of our products are hand wash only. Gift cards are non-refundable. All discounted product are FINAL SALE. 

    What is your Shipping Policy?

    Discreet Shipping

    All of our packages are shipped discreetly from our store in plain packaging, with “BraTopia INC” as the name on the return address.

    Order Fulfillment Time

    Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from the day the order was completed. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.

    Shipping Methods

    We use Canpar, Canada Post, DHL, UPS, and Federal Express to ship our orders. 

    All packages shipped from BraTopia are trackable. 

    Each order will be individually analyzed to determine the best carrier method.

    Shipping Costs

    The charge for shipping your order is determined by the weight and size of the products ordered and your location. Our automated system calculates your shipping charge and displays it for you at the time you choose your shipping method.

    Standard Shipping

    When calculating time frames for standard delivery, be aware that orders are picked up from our store from Monday through Friday and not on Saturday and Sunday.

    Standard or Expedited delivery orders placed before 11 a.m Mountain Standard Time (MST), Monday through Friday, will usually ship that same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will ship on Monday (or the next business day). 

    We trust our delivery carriers, Canada Post, Canpar, UPS, FedEX and, DHL to do their best to deliver orders on time as advertised, but we cannot guarantee shipping times when carriers fall behind. 

    Expedited Shipping

    Please contact us directly if you require Expedited delivery and we will quote you a shipping cost based on your delivery requirements.

    Backorder Items

    Most products we sell are in stock at time of ordering to ensure prompt delivery of orders. Occasionally we advertise items that are not immediately in stock, that may take 3-5 business days to ship. Product availability is displayed on the product description page on the website. For example, an item that is in stock will show the following availability message on the product description web page:

    • Availability: In Stock! 

    Shipping Exclusions

    We do not ship to prisons, schools, churches, or ship centers. We have automated filters for our ordering process that will prevent shipment to these locations. If you believe your address is triggering one of these filters unintentionally, please contact our Customer Service Center

    How do I return a product I purchased online?

    Kindly E-mail info@bratopia.ca to explain why you want to return the item. Once BraTopia gives the green light, go ahead and send back the product.

    I purchased a bra and that bra went into sale the next day. Can I take advantage of the sale?

    No price adjustments. Discounts cannot be applied to previously purchased merchandise. 

    Placing an Order

    I want to buy a bra, but I don't know if it'll fit me. What do I do?

    We believe in the true bra experience and that's why we offer in-person and online free fittings to help you understand your body and what works best for you. Book your appointment and let us help you.

    At BraTopia, we find the most accurate fitting is when you can come instore and have one of our Fit Experts measure and fit you. However, if you are unable to come in for any reason our Fit Experts would be happy to book an online fitting with you to walk through the process of self-measuring (Or having someone at home measure you) and help you find the best pieces for you through our online store.
